Everyone gets those days where they are just craving something sweet. It happens to me all the time. But since I’ve found out about these insanely delicious and easy keto mug cake recipes, I’ve been able to keep my sweet tooth in check.

And with these mug cakes all being low carb and keto friendly, it means you won’t break your body’s state of ketosis.

If you’re on the keto or low carb diet and want something sweet, and you want it now, then a keto mug cake is your best bet.

Keto mug cakes are quick and easy to make. Most of the time, you just need to mix a few ingredients together, pop it in the microwave for a minute and you’re set. There’s no long process of first baking it and then waiting for it to cool. Your mug cake can be ready in minutes!

I’m a chocolate person, so I guess it’s just normal for me to begin with a chocolate keto mug cake.

This yummy keto mug cake is also paleo friendly and requires only 6 ingredients. Best of all? It only takes 2 minutes to make!

2. Low Carb Lemon Mug Cake

This keto mug cake has a light, tender texture with a hint of lemon.

If you’re looking for a lighter kind of keto mug cake that isn’t too sweet, this is the recipe for you!

What I love about this recipe is that it is made without eggs or oil and you can whip it up in less than a minute!

If you like peanut butter, you’ll love this mug cake.

It’s made with peanut flour (not the same as raw ground peanuts) and only needs to cook in the microwave for 50 seconds.

This recipe is actually for a red velvet couple’s mug cake, but you can adjust the ingredients to make a single serving.

Instead of using a mug for this cake, the author used a quiche ramekin, but you can of course still make yours in your favorite mug!

Paired with some cream and coconut milk, it’s the perfect breakfast mug cake!
